‘Puluwan’?

Puluwan is a Sinhala word which means ‘possible’ or ‘possibility’. It is a word used colloquially in Sri Lankan culture, often in a similar way to the word ‘okay’, which in literal terms goes to imply that anything is possible.

It is therefore a more-than-apt name for an initiative which espouses the belief that with a little support, anyone can achieve the inconceivable.
